POLICIES

• This is your self-care time, so please no extra guest or children. All clients have a 10 min grace period. Upon a late arrival of 15 mins., your reserved appointment will have to be simplified to accommodate scheduled time.

• Any arrival after 15mins will result in a cancellation and a $55 fee will be charged.

• I kindly ask for a 24 hour notice from your reserved time to reschedule/cancel.

• Cancellations past 24 hours will result in a $55 fee. No call/No Shows will result in a 100% fee from booked service. All transactions are non-refundable.
